IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CHARGEFOG EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChargeFog from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory arbitration terms (if posted elsewhere on the Site or agreed in writing), you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Wyoming for claims not subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
