This Sales and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ChargeFog Inc. (“ChargeFog,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells products and processes returns, replacements, and refunds. It applies to all direct purchases made from ChargeFog or authorized online stores and distributors.
1. Ordering and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product under this policy. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Order confirmation occurs when we issue a confirmation email or shipping notice, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse sales that appear to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or intended for resale.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
- Prices are subject to change at any time before order acceptance.
- Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, digital wallets, and other options displayed during checkout.
- Payment authorization is required at the time of order; funds are typically captured when the product ships.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and customs processing. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once products are transferred to the shipping carrier unless required otherwise by law.
ChargeFog is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Delivery tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Product Availability
Availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will contact you with alternative options or process a full refund. We may also discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (or longer if required by local law).
- The item must be in original condition with all accessories, documentation, and packaging.
- Proof of purchase from ChargeFog or an authorized reseller is required.
- Returned products may be inspected to verify eligibility before a refund or replacement is issued.
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned product. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. If the purchase was made using a promotional offer or discount, the refund reflects the discounted price paid.
7. Exchanges and Replacements
Products found defective within the warranty period may be repaired or replaced at no charge, subject to inspection and verification. If an identical product is unavailable, a replacement of equal or greater value may be offered at our discretion.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Software licenses, activation keys, and downloadable content once redeemed.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or digital credits.
- Items with missing serial numbers or removed security labels.
9. Warranty Overview
ChargeFog hardware carries a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period and coverage details are supplied with each product and summarized on our Legal page. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under the conditions outlined above. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, in which case a full refund will be issued.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional pricing or discount codes may have expiration dates, limited quantities, or specific terms. These cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. If a promotion is canceled or modified, previously completed transactions remain unaffected.
12. Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees in their jurisdiction unless local law dictates otherwise. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination at checkout.
13. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChargeFog shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delay, delivery issues, or product defects beyond the purchase price paid.
14. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under consumer protection or distance-selling laws. Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have longer return windows or additional remedies that apply automatically.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may revise our Sales & Refunds Policy periodically to reflect updates in law, logistics, or company practices. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Updates take effect upon publication.
