Structure & intent
Charge Fog Inc. is a U.S. C-Corporation, built from the start for multi-round venture investment and global operations in hardware and infrastructure.
Investors • Charge Fog Inc.
Charge Fog Inc. is building a 48-V wireless power platform that turns desks, counters, and lounges into quiet, cable-free laptop charging zones. Hardware is engineered — this seed round funds certification, tooling, and the first commercial roll-outs, not speculative R&D.
The system is designed to live underneath real furniture, serve modern USB-C devices, and create a path to data-driven services on top of a hardware margin business.
Opportunity
Laptops and USB-C tablets run modern work, but power is still tied to bricks, cables, and floor boxes. Charge Fog Inc. is building a 48-V rail that makes power feel as ambient and effortless as connectivity.
Today’s “wireless charging” is phone-centric. Qi-style pads do not deliver 48-V, 65 W-class power where it matters most: at desks, counters, lounges, and classrooms where people actually work on laptops.
Charge Fog Inc. starts from a different assumption: build infrastructure that can safely move real power into everyday furniture, then adapt that power to USB-C PD and future device standards.
Platform
The platform combines three building blocks so the same 48-V rail can serve different surfaces and devices:
Engineering focuses on 48-V safety, efficiency, thermal management, foreign-object detection, and PD interoperability. The next phase is about certification, manufacturing, and pilots in real workspaces.

Company
Charge Fog Inc. is a U.S. C-Corporation, built from the start for multi-round venture investment and global operations in hardware and infrastructure.
• U.S. C-Corp
• Global supply chain view
• Built for long-term partnerships
Market
Offices, enterprise floors, coworking hubs, hospitality lounges, airports, universities, and premium retail counters where laptop power is always in use and always in the way.
• Workspaces as the beachhead
• Hospitality and public spaces over time
Product
Halo Base, Halo Pads, and PD Bridge receivers are engineered as an integrated system. The focus is on turning this platform into certified, manufacturable, and repeatable product.
• 48-V architecture defined
• Safety & control firmware in development
Model
Hardware margin on transmitters, pads, and receivers, with a longer-term path to anonymized charging and battery-behaviour data. Over time, aggregated insights can be sold back to enterprises, workspace operators, and OEM partners.
• Hardware-first business today
• Data & insights as an upside layer
Roadmap
Charge Fog Inc. is focused on turning a working 48-V platform into certified, manufacturable hardware that can be deployed into high-visibility environments and then scaled.
